VRE II was developed through a strategic partnership led by Charles Johnson that included the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Bank of America and Columbia Housing Authority.

VRE II offers 124 two- and three-bedroom units, community building, outdoor gazebo, laundry room and a play area for children.
